Fly Tied Without a Vise (Caddis Pupa)

At the Fly Fishing Show, Daniel Galhardo (Founder of Tenkara USA)

asked if I had ever tried tying a fly without a vise. I had not. Today, 

this was my first attempt at tying a fly without a vise. I will have to 

experiment with some traditional Tenkara fly patterns soon.

to mimic the fly on the packaging. Since I didn't have any nymph skin on hand,

I colored a rubber band for the body, and colored a plastic bag for the wing buds.
