Hipps Popper. I tied this based on the design developed by
Anthony Hipps. The body of the fly is formed with strips of
basic 2mm closed cell craft foam and is not prefabricated like

The body is hand painted however you want it to be, and
rubber legs, hackle, and feathers can be chosen to taste.
